We are on the search for a software savvy Agile Scrum Master who needs to be a subject-matter expert, have excellent logic, problem solving skills and the drive to make a difference.

Skills and Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT
• 7+ Years’ experience in software development
• Must be Certified Scrum Master
• Must have active experience in this role in an agile software development environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values and procedures
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Must be information-sharing orientated
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
• Must be collaborative in driving decisions
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Provide facilitation
• Promote effective collaboration
• Support the product development process
• Maintain process documentation
• Track and communicate sprint/and release progress
• Support the development team
• Assist teams with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
• Identify and remove impediments
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
• Support the product owner
• Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving transparency and radiating information
