Develop a sustainable Value Proposition strategy for the Agricultural Business through adjusting and adapting the value proposition based on the size, business support requirement and route to market

Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Foster and sustain effective relationship and rapport with Key accounts and stakeholders through regular contacts and engagement to ensure effective and lasting customer experiences

Customer on-boarding
Successfully on-board new accounts by transferring on-boarded accounts to the sales force for account managing and monitor account retention and customer satisfaction to ensure effective business operations
Education & Experience

Minimum Qualification, Accreditation & Experience:

NQF level 7 (Degree or Advanced Diploma in Agriculture)

5 years Sales and Marketing Experience

Computer Literacy (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Valid drivers licence

Advantageous Qualification, Accreditation & Experience:

Knowledge of the Agricultural market

Knowledge of the Re seller Fuel Market

Experience in New Business Development

Experience in the SA agricultural market
