Qualification and Experience
A relevant 3 year degree in Agriculture or equivalent diploma
A Masters Degree with Agriculture as a base will be an added advantage

Minimum demonstrated experience or exposure:
Agricultural Extension Services or
Agricultural Experience in a Co-op or similar organisation
Financial management principles
Lending/Credit assessment principles
