A very Upmarket 3 * Hotel and Spa situated in Pretoria.Responsibilities not limited to but include: Will be responsible for the operation of the hotel during 6am to 3pm or 3pm to 10/11pm Shifts. Will be responsible for overall guest satisfaction. Must have very good overall knowledge of the workings of the hotel industry from front office to food and beverage etc. Will be responsible for staff in relevant departments. Will work closely with all Heads of departments. Banking of company after end of day.QualificationsA recognized Hospitality Management Qualification is a strong advantage.
