Alan Bradly PLC/ Wonderware SCADA Control instrumentation Technician Underground Trackless Mine- outside of Gauteng
Trade Test Certificate with N6 with Instrumentation and Process Control, OR S4 & P2 Process Control Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in trackless automation in an underground mine is essential
Sound knowledge of industrial instrumentation and industrial networks
Good experience gained of Allen Bradley PLC programming/ hardware and software including Device Net Experience essential
Very good experience gained of Wonderware InTouch SCADA software
Driver’s License essential
Install, maintain, calibrate, diagnose faults and do repairs on industrial instrumentation and control equipment
Maintain Allen Bradley PLC hardware and software as well as the Wonderware Intouch SCADA System
Maintain Industrial Ethernet network, telephone system and PDS system
Plan and execute extensions and modifications to existing C&I Infrastructure
Maintain instrumentation documentation
Perform standby duties and shift work as and when required
Ensure personal and co-worker’s adherence and compliance to security and Company’s SHE objectives
Maintain and support of Underground Draw Control System
Experience in trackless automation environment is essential
Experience in underground communication systems
Sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
Sound process instrumentation fault finding skills
Must be able to relocate to all areas
Own transport
R 35 000 – R65 000+ negotiable / benefits / overtime etc
