Now, about you
We want people with a track record of success in selling; this includes prospecting, qualifying opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We offer a great compensation plan, including uncapped commission.
You must demonstrate initiative and tenacity to generate your own leads, in addition to those provided. A passion to learn is a must, our most successful sellers know the industry well, this helps them build credibility with key decision makers quickly which is essential to delivering consistent revenue.
We’re looking for talented individuals who have:
Experience in telesales, ideally in demonstrating and selling financial services products is an advantage however, not a requirement as we provide full training:
• Experience developing new business through prospecting
• Strong demonstration skills
• A proven track record - awards for sales performance would be excellent
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, self-disciplined confident, organised competitive, thorough and tenacious
• Training and/or leadership experience an advantage
• Fluent and articulate in English and Afrikaans (writing, and speaking)
• Ideally a University Degree (Matric non-negiotiable)

You will receive a competitive basic salary (R 4000.00), a great un-capped commission structure as well as on-going incentives.
