Role Purpose
• To Develop the Global Strategy & Campaign for the Anesthesia Portfolio, developing and presenting to senior management the Global Strategy for the Anesthesia portfolio.
• In Charge of the development of the Global Campaign for the Hospital and Retail Anaesthesia products.
• Responsible for the development of the International activities (participation in congresses, international ad board).
• Lead the development of regional internal commercial workshop in order to align countries with the Global Strategy.
• Develop a Worldwide KOL management plan in Anaesthesia.
The tasks and responsibilities include:
• A&P budget required for supporting the activities
• Presentation to the senior management
• Leading the development of the Global Campaign for the Hospital and Retail anesthesia products
• Lead Ad Board with international KOLs for obtaining insides
• Lead NW of marketers for developing the campaign per key brands
• Ensure approval by APTL
• Cascading of the campaigns into the affiliates
• Leading the Anesthesia network
• Organize agenda and invitations
• Lead TCs and face to face meetings
Develop International Meetings & Activities
• Lead the development of international meetings with experts
• Identify key speakers for Anesthesia products
• Coordinate logistic and organization
• Lead the participation of Company in Anesthesia international congresses:
• European Society of Anesthesia
• Coordinate activities during international congresses.
• Develop the Value proposition for Hospital Anesthesia portfolio.
• Additional services provided with the Anesthesia products
• Present the plan to internal key stakeholders. Ensure right level of implementation with affiliates.
Monthly business review with top LOCs via TC
• To set up and lead monthly reviews via TC with top LOCs
• To follow up key actions agreed
Education and Experience
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or commercial (Medical Education Degree a plus but not mandatory);
• 8-10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• 5 - 8 years of experience in the Hospital market.
