Analyst / Chartered Accountant

Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the Managing Director across all businesses / projects within the group. The role shall require a high level of analysis to be performed as well as agreements / documentation review and drafting.

Minimum Requirements
• Post graduate degree in finance/accounting;
• Registration as a Chartered Accountant will be highly beneficial;
• Successful completion of SAICA articles;
• Keen interest in property and up to date knowledge of economics, investments and relevant markets;
• Well organised individual with high performance and quality standards;
• Strong financial modelling skills;
• Experienced in review of legal documentation;
• Strong drafting skills for term sheets / legal agreements;
• Analytically minded with the ability to work with minimal instruction.
Salary – R20 500pm
