Research Systems Analyst

Mobile-first technology impact business headquartered in Cape Town is increasing their staff compliment due to growth and is looking to employ a Research Systems Analyst. The role will focus on solutions in the research sector, including randomised control trials, longitudinal studies and M&E initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Science, Computer Science or related fied
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
3. Consulting experience
4. Formal experience in process modelling, requirements documentation, specification writing and analysis
5. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
6. Strong technical fundamentals and a passion for technology
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Logical and critical thinking skills
9. Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Advantageous:
• Post-graduate qualification in relevant field
• Experience working with custom software and agile project management methodologies
• Experience with Stat Transfer and other statistical packages
• Experience and/or training in research methodology
• Experience in development and/or public sector (particularly academic research, health, education or agriculture)
