We are now in search for an Anchor Manager for this extremely luxurious and exclusive private 5 star game lodge in KZN.KEY OUTPUTS: In charge of guest delights, this includes managing the guest delight host, ensuring all equipment is in working order, and looks neat, also conducting a monthly guest delight meeting to discuss new ways to delight our guests. Covering front line managers when they go on leave. Assisting with stock takes. Maintaining agreed upon Lodge Standards and BOPS. Hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ensuring all special turndowns are done for guests. Assist with daily operations with the front line managers.
