- BSc degree (Computer science) or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years relevant consulting or industry experience
- Minimum 2 years Enterprise portal and WCM experience in technologies such as Oracle WebCentre, IBM Websphere, Liferay, OpenText or other related technologies
- Minimum of 4 full-cycle software implementations
- Strong business process knowledge
- Technical understanding of Internet architecture, content management and infrastruxture as they relate to enterprise portal operations
- Understanding of information architecture related to customer experience and usability design techniques
- Experience with full-cycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc)
