Market leading application intelligence company that provides enterprises with the next generation of APM software to monitor, manage, analyze, and optimize customer experiences and the most complex software environments behind them are seeking a Technical Consultant to join their growing team

You will be responsible for helping deploy integration projects. This includes assisting in all phases of the project including: requirements gathering, configuration, code development, testing and project deployment. Integration projects will range between HR, ERP, CRM and other enterprises applications/systems.

Manage all aspects of integration projects including requirement gathering, design, build, test, release and support.
Responsible for developing integrations focused on data quality and integrity, which can scale based on the growing needs of the organization.
Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
Provide high-quality and timely support to end users
Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
Continue to build on technical and business knowledge. Seek out innovations in process improvement, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution.
Prepare and present clear technical analysis.
Partner with business analysts in producing solutions to business problems.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Provide high-quality and timely support to end users
About You:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT applications, with an emphasis on Integration Development and Support
Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes
Demonstrative success with at least two large integration projects
Demonstrative ability to be both a team player but also work independently when needed
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Solid understanding of and detailed experience with enterprise architecture and API

Strong implementation experience with ETL tools like Informatica etc.
Proficiency in Web Services, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, or other integration technologies
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP based APIs.
Strong understanding of relational databases
Experience integrating cloud based enterprise applications via real-time, batch, sync/async, ETL
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
Technical project management experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
