APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST – MIDRAND
Job Description/ Job Function:
Provide monitoring/support/investigation/fault administration on 3rd Party applications
Analysis of failures and trends on 3rd Party applications
Stakeholder Communication
24/7 Support within an digital environment

Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping build and maintain cloud based DevOps capabilities consisting of a suite of development and test tools for agile development to include a source code repository, build servers, continuous integration capabilities, testing and code quality tools
Must have knowledge of setting up and using one or more of the following tools: Rally, Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Selenium, Chef / Ansible), and Cloud Foundry
Proficiency in Linux, Automation Tools, and scripting languages required
Development experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment capabilities is a plus
Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with build management tools (Ant, Maven) for C++ and Java applications

Job Requirements/Experience Required:
Bachelors
+4 years of experience Industry experience
