SQL query experience is essential

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with the following:
1st Level #support for Medical Billing Software
Windows Desktop Support
Software implementation
Software training (classroom/individual/remotely)
Good understanding of networks
SQL query experience 3 years
Software testing
Software troubleshooting
Report writing
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent problem solving skills

Main purpose of the job:
Provide 1st level phone/email/remote software support to internal users and customer and log all queries on our support ticketing system. Escalate to 2nd level support where applicable.
Windows/software trouble shooting
Install and train software at customer site (own reliable transport required)
Troubleshoot networks and ADSL line failures
Troubleshoot software issues, analyse situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards
Software testing with regards to version releases
