Qualifications & Experience:

? Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has developed the necessary competencies through experience, a relevant National Higher Diploma/B-Degree is required;
? At least 8 years experience in tender or contract administration;
? Previous exposure to the workings of evaluation commitees / tender boards or councils will be an advantage;
? Sound knowledge in SAP Contracts Module; and
? Sound knowledge of exchange control and forex. Knowledge:

? In depth knowledge of Tender / Contract Management and Procurement in general;
? Sound knowledge of companies Procurement Policies, Procedures and Processes;
? Working knowledge of meeting procedures;
? Understanding of technical and operational requirements of the companies business; and
? Excellent report writing and submission writing skills;
? Sound knowledge in SAP CLM Module; and
? Sound knowledge in PCI related issues.
