Your key responsibilities as the Arabic speaking Social Insights Analyst will include analyzing qualitative data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations; produce compelling weekly and monthly reports for existing and new customers; and provide meaningful insights to customers based on findings. Requirements for this Arabic speaking Social Insights Analyst in Cape Town:

- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Sufficient undergraduate or post graduate qualification (Social science or marketing preference)
- Experience in human behavioral science an advantage
- 2-3 years’ prior work experience in research / social / consulting industry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint
