As the ideal candidate, you will have 10+ years’ experience on commercial applications as part of a development team, with broad knowledge of software best practice and a desire to produce quality work.
You will work in a small cross-functional team which implements agile methodologies including SCRUM and TDD. You will have a strong interest in growing and mentoring the team and entrenching best practice.
You'll be working on a suite of products used by large multinationals and building a platform to centralise management and access to them. You'll be stretched by exposure to the requirements of huge companies and the partners that market to and support them.
Requirements: Strong C# .NET and web technology skills (ASP.NET MVC 3.0, KnockoutJS/MVVM, JSON, web services, HTML5, CSS3); Strong architectural focus, use of patterns and DDD; Experience and passionate interest in agile methodologies like TDD, DDD and SCRUM, as well growing their adoption in the team; Easy familiarity with dev tools such as Visual Studio, source control, build/release processes; Bonus points: SSO/OAuth or MS SQL Server/Reporting Services/Analysis Services experience; Extra bonus points: C++/Delphi experience
