RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON / TECHNOLOGIST for a company based in the Pietermaritzburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience.
Current SACAP registration will be an advantage but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and self-motivation.
Good at dealing with Councils and knowledge of Council submission processes.
Good technical proficiency, with attention to detail and neatness of drawing work.
Ideally proficient in SANS 10400 part XA and able to do Fenestration and Water Calcs.
Proficient in AutoCad and Sketchup as well as Microsoft Office.
Experience in Surveying buildings on site and producing “As Built” drawings to a high standard.
