Minimum 4-6 years working experience, post-graduation – essential

· Proficiency in CAD (3D modelling and draughting) – essential

· Experience in Bentley Microstation/AECOsim – advantageous

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines – essential

· Experience and knowledge of technical detailing, specifications, schedules and documentation – essential

· Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans – essential

· Experience in coordination and distribution of information (client, consultants and contractor) – advantageous

· Experience in local authority documentation and approvals – advantageous

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word – advantageous

· Presentation skills in graphics applications (Gimp, Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc) – advantageous

· SACAP registration – advantageous
