Job Description:

* An Area Coach is responsible for the Operations of multiple (6-8) QSR’s (Quick Service Restaurants) within a designated area.
* The primary responsibility and accountability will be to create an environment for developing management talent, increase sales, improve P & L, customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiencies and excellence within standard operating procedures and policies.
* Assume a strategic role in estimating future growth capacity
* Identify leadership qualities for management positions
* Develop and continually improve processes to maximise operational efficiency
* Plan and develop strategy for operational management and development
* Drive sales & customer growth through the implementation improved customer satisfaction programs
* Customer complaints resolution (health inspectors, customers and employees, etc.)
* Evaluate performance of Restaurant Managers against established targets
* Maximize profit through operational excellence and spend smarter initiatives
* Comply to all reporting and control procedures of the company
* Partner with People Capability Coach for designated certification on Teams and Managers
* Partner with Marketing Manager for effective implementation of marketing promotions


Requirements:

* More than 3 years’ Leadership/Coaching experience in managing multi sites in a similar industry (QSR, Restaurant or Food Retail) with good commercial background and a track record of performance
* Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
* Driver’s license
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
