Job Description:

To manage various properties finance teams.

Analysis of existing business through trends.

Preparation of annual budgets.

Monitor business plans to achieve desired growth.

Facilitate business planning process (LRP operating and capital budgets, forecast and risk assessment).

Reporting process inclusive of month end reporting, working capital and annual statement of operations.

Execute strategies and actions that will increase return on invested capital.

Lead and manage cash flow, capital and overall expenses to obtain highest value.

Coordinate and direct groups to attend to common issues within the portfolios.
