• Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Industry of which 5 years must be in Sales Management

Manage delivery of Regional Business Strategy
Team performance
Manage effective client relationships
Provide technical/specialist advice
Technical competencies:

Business Banking Knowledge, Awareness of banking products, Credit policy, processes and procedures
Systems, Policy & Procedural Knowledge, Industry & market knowledge, Balanced Scorecard Methodology
PRESENTATION SKILLS, Project Management & Methods, Negotiating, Behavioural Competencies:
FICA, FAIS, Money Laundering
