The Doves Group has a vacancy for the position of Area Manager Ekhuruleni.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1. Cluster unit profitability and growth: deliver on agreed upon income budget; managing costs; managing stock mix and level to be adhered to as per national policy
2. Grow market share in cluster: identify new business opportunity; maintain and grow existing contracts; formulate community involvement plans
3. Managing people: performance management; ensure skills development plans are adhered to; comply with company’s operational policies
4. Company image: ensure non negotiable standards are adhered to; conduct quarterly branch visits; comply with company’s operational policies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A relevant business qualification
2 years managerial experience on a senior level
Prepared to travel extensively
Experience in funeral industry an advantage
Bilingual
Valid drivers licence and reliable transport (should you not be in possession of a valid driver’s license you will not be shortlisted or considered for the position).
