Purpose of the role:
The incumbent will be responsible for the multi-store management of 6 – 8 stores, assist in maximizing turnover and profits, control expenses within budget and improve the visual appeal and customer service of all stores based in area of responsibility.

Minimum requirements - education:
• Matric, tertiary qualification will be an advantage

Minimum requirements - experience:
• Minimum 3 years Fashion Retail Area Manager experience
• Strong business acumen
• Good administration and merchandise skills
• Excellent people management and IR skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good interviewing, recruitment and coaching skills

Minimum requirements –behavioural competencies:
• Innovative leadership and training skills
• Target and turnover driven
• Flair for fashion, energetic and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure

Other:
• Valid driver’s license essential, travelling will be required.
