Area of responsibility:

• Staff management of 8-10 outlets and their successful performance
• Management of daily activities to achieve targets
• Ensuring of execution of marketing plans
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Ensure staff, equipment, facilities and outlets comply with company’s branding standards
• Execute openings of new outlets

Requirements:

• Has a relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma)
• MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own transport with driver’s license
• Professional demeanour
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivating – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
• Successful management track record with solid experience
• Have experience with POS/Operations software
• Has been involved in executing marketing strategies
• Had previous experience opening new outlets
• Has the capacity to be fully accountable for managing 8-10 outlets
