Barko Financial services is seeking to recruit a competent, self motivated and enthusiastic candidate for a position as Area Manager in the KZN Northern area.

You will have overall responsibility for a number of branches in an allocated area.
Your duties will mainly include: Establishing new branches where needed- recruiting, training, developing and controlling your staff in a supportive environment. Improving the drive and overall performance of the team in order to maximize sales and customer service performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Grade 12
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cashier experience will be an advantage
• Experience with "Delfin" program will be an advantage
• Excellent people skills
• Motivated, trustworthy, reliable and a great team player
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Must be a pro-active thinker and passionate about his/her work and development of others
• Good administration skills
• Must provide references

A basic salary of 15k Neg per month is on offer.
