Educational Requirements:

Professional Requirements:

2 years’ sales, marketing & technical experience.
An understanding of sales, forecasting and logistics processes.
Computer literacy in Microsoft packages.
Must have a valid, unendorsed code 8 drivers’ license.

Job Description:

Customer Relations:
Maintain and build relationships with Key Customers
Discuss ideas and opinions with customers to satisfy their needs
Monitor and analyze our performance against opposition
Attend to technical queries, and recommend solutions

Reporting:
Consolidate reports for sales, profitability etc
Measures performance against standards
Prepare and consolidated reports and recommend course of action based on reports
Budget / Forecasts
Manage annual sales and expense budgets in line with targets to optimise sales
Monitor and measure performance against forecast / budget
