Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in tertiary qualification in a business or marketing 3-5 Years FMCG experience Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor assigned Delivery Wholesalers/Cash & Carry Wholesalers, and conduct regular performance review meetings. • Develop an Area Sales Operational Plan which meets the Region’s Sales & Operational Objectives • Prepare a budget for the team, whilst providing input into Regional budget • Perform regular market assessments for the area, and effectively utilise and analyse information/data from reports drawn/received to monitor/manage own, team, area performance against targets and proactively take corrective action
