Distribution ABDM
1. Sustain the growth of the company business by:
• Managing and developing distribution in his area.
• Responsible to execute the distribution roll out plan
? Agency force and their training
? Team leaders appointment and training
? Production Managers appointment and training
• Responsible for market penetration as per the roll out plan.
• Work with the Production Managers to achieve the set targets for the distribution in his area.
• Sales Campaigns – planning, implementation and management of sales campaigns as approved by the RBDM.
• Identify the workstations and ask for permission for the agents to be permitted to sell in that company.
• Responsible for competitor intelligence in his area.
• Come up with cost effective advertising and promotion in his area
• To organise the stakeholders events – to talk about how we can distribute the products to their communities better.
2. Support Functions
• To assist the RBDM to execute the roll out strategy within his/ their area.
• Ensure that the PMs and the sales agents are getting adequate support from the Regional Operations Support.
• To ensure training and compliance of the agents in the area.
• Measuring the performance of PMs, TLs and agents as per the performance contract and company policies.
3. Candidate Profile
• Should be someone with experience in selling insurance policies and managing sales teams.
• Someone familiar with the insurance industry.
• Familiar with the basic Insurance Distribution Principles
• Someone with enough credits to comply with FSB requirements.
4. Management Responsibilities
• Manage the Production Managers
• Work with the Production Managers to achieve set targets for the region.
• Establish monitoring systems to ensure the teams compliance.
• Responsible for recruitment of Production Managers in conjunction with the RBDM.
• Establish and implement the managers’ development programmes.
Salary:
R20k with monthly performance incentive and Yearly bonus.

Laptop and travelling allowance
