Main Purpose
To service corporates, travel agents and related travel trade in order to maximize revenue gain for Company. To supervise Sales Executives in the region

Job Objectives
• Supervise and manage Sales Executives in the region on daily activities
• Develop and implement Sales strategic action plan in relation to regional travel activities
• Identify business opportunities for Company
• Promote Company to all corporates, travel agents and related travel trade as assigned by HOD Sales
• Service and grow existing Company accounts
• Develop new business for Company
• Formulate and implement strategies to gain more revenue for Company
• Negotiate and sign new accounts
• Calling on all strategic clients as defined by the Line Manager
• Promote and be the face of Company at various workshops and sales functions, and to educate corporate bookers and travel trade about

Mango, its products and offerings
• Do educationals with decision makers and travel bookers where required
• Grow portfolio according to targets set by line manager
• Hold monthly review meetings with key accounts
• Provide solutions to client queries
• Manage key accounts and maintain business relationships
• Promote the brand of the airline

Job Knowledge
• 6-10 years sales experience, 5 in management or supervisory position
• Excellent Company Product and Service knowledge
• Knowledge of competitors and sales initiatives
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of aviation local industry dynamics
