As an Area Sales Representative your duties will be to:

Find and develop new customers in your area as per agreed targets per month
Keep customer records up to date as per company standards
Complete required sales reports
Service existing customers
Make prospect phone calls
Introduce new products and encourage customers to broaden their range of products
Assist in the maintenance of credit facilities and collections

The successful Area Sales Representative will meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years sales experience in technical / industrial / Retail environment
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
Outgoing and approachable; good at interacting with others and building relationships with a wide range of people.
Discerning, inquisitive and like to ask good questions; and then match good solutions to people's problems.
Organised, with good attention to detail and will take pride in working to a professional standard.
Fluent English speaker

Clear credit and criminal history
South African Citizen
Have access to a telephone / 3G at home.
Candidate MUST live in the Pretoria Area.
Valid Drivers License
Basic salary =R8 000-00
Commission payable on collections - sliding scale (Average comm. last 12 months +/- R3000.00pm).
Target bonus (payable only on target achievement, (Average bonuses last 12 months +/- R3000.00pm)).
Company Vehicle + Petrol Card
Communication Allowance (R1 000.00)
Medical Aid (50% contribution toward Discovery)
Pension (7.5% contribution of basic)
