Art Director required to join leading Ad Agency

Educational Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Art Direction/ Graphic Design or similar

Experience
3 years design experience
A creative portfolio
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using Flash, HTML/HTML5, and CSS, Javascript and basic PHP
Proficient in Mac and Microsoft operating systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently without direct supervision from concept to creation

Responsibilities:
Managing projects and working within a budget
Working from a brief with a Copywriter/Members of the creative team, generating ideas to present to the client
Working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign
Managing a team of Creatives
Creative thought leader that can brainstorm, conceptualise and execute across a variety of communication platforms.
Develop creative ideas and concepts based on a brief
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign essential, Premiere/After Effects advantageous)
Understanding of HTML and CSS.
Proactive approach to presenting and pitching new ideas.
Ability to articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy
Presenting finalised concepts.
