About the Role:
We’re looking for someone dynamic to champion Digital thinking and innovation throughout the agency.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a reputable advertising/digital agency
Conceptual ability and solid design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates this
A strong command of the English language
Strong graphic design skills
Strategically minded - strategy led design thinking
Conceptualisation
Understanding digital (constraints of digital/social)
Understand the value of copy in creating good design
Strong work ethic
Able to add value at every touchpoint of your position
Able to mentor and grow teams
Attention to detail / Pixel perfect design
Motion/animation knowledge
Able to think without direction and present research and thinking/approach
Must LOVE brands
Interpreting and executing briefs
Able to speak up and identify problems and present solutions

Duties:
Overseeing all creative and digital output from the marketing team
Involved in creating pitches
Campaign development
Ensuring all work adheres to specific brand guidelines
Collaborate with copywriters
Oversee junior/mid designers work
Regularly create proactive work
