We require an Artisan for our client, a well-established jobbing foundry.

The individual will have experience in the manufacture of metal castings and will be required to work a multi-faceted role where you will spend some time off the bench working with customers, doing quality checking and quoting. looking for someone that did work on the machines or is working on machines but would like to stop and move into a more office job. They will not be working on the machines anymore. I need someone with some technical experience fitting/turning milling etc.

Requirements:
We therefore require someone who is computer literate and who has had experience dealing with customers telephonically.
Experience in quality checking is essential.
Quoting and admin experience
Matric is preferred / any other relevant trade qualification
Own transport is preferred, position is based in the Northern Suburbs
Good English verbal and written skills are required
Numeracy and good Excel skills

Salary on offer is negotiable based on experience. Candidates who are available to commence immediately will be given preference.
