>> FETC: Contact Centre Operations NQF 4, SAQA ID 71489 (Learnership)
>> FETC: Business Administration Services NQF 4, SAQA ID 61595 (Learnership)

*Rate paid for assessment of POE’s will include any re-assessments that may be required. No additional amounts will be paid for re-assessments.
*Rate paid for moderation will be per 25% of skills programmes per qualification, for the group assessed
