BTech / BEng: Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Eng with 4-5years experience in the implementation and management of CMMS system (PRAGMA Onkey). Person will be responsible for the management of the system with regards to town planning and development (all facilities, buildings, roads, services), liaison with service providers, board of trustees and other role players. People management skills essential.
