A Leading FMCG Company based in the East Rand is looking for an Assets Controller.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
? Control Assets, namely Rolltainers, lugs, cold boxes, cages, Heineken crates, etc.
? Attend to claims and returns of Assets, and other admin requirements
? Compile Assets statistics and generate monthly reports
? Liaise with the Retailers, Suppliers and internal members regarding Asset queries
and procedures
? Recycling duties
? Any other ad hoc functions within the department
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
? Matric
? Logistics diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
? Computer literacy
? Knowledge of the Warehouse, CHEP procedures, and Asset systems advantageous
? Supervisory experience and good performance track record
? Understanding of the DC and CHEP Asset operations
? Be prepared to work overtime and shifts when required
? Good communication and interpersonal skills is crucial
? Ability and willingness to be multi-skilled
? Self-starter with the ability to work independently and interact with senior Managers/
Retailers
? Team player with leadership ability
? Drivers’ license
