Looking for an Assistant Banqueting Manager.

Salary: R5000 - R7000 live out. Depending on experience

1. Micros System experience preferable.
2. Minimum of 1 year in a similar property
3. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.
4. Well spoken and well presented individual.
5. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.
6. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
7. Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax at a five star level.

Candidate will be required to:

Assist with queries and guests complaints
Create and maintain relationship with guests.
Do monthly stock takes.
Daily room checks before check ins.
Assist guests to their room during check ins
