ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER
SALARY R12 000 PER MONTH
POSITION: Assistant to the Financial Accountant reporting to sole Director and the Financial Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
· Suitable Accounting Qualification is essential
· Full knowledge of Pastel
· Excellent proficiency in formulating Excel Spreadsheets
· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (both spoken and written)
· Ability to work under pressure and to take the initiative to resolve problems
· Personality to work harmoniously and cheerfully within a team and to engage positively with suppliers
· An attitude of perfection in tidiness, neatness and attention to detail
· Must reside in the area
DUTIES
Credit Controller full recons of:
· Reconcile creditors monthly statements
· Match delivery notes to orders numbers
· Match order numbers to supplier numbers
· Ensure invoice pricing matches the order number pricing
· Assist in the management of Debtors Book
· Other bookkeeping functions
