ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER
SALARY R12 000 PER MONTH
POSITION: Assistant to the Financial Accountant reporting to sole Director and the Financial Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
? Suitable Accounting Qualification is essential
? Full knowledge of Pastel
? Excellent proficiency in formulating Excel Spreadsheets
? Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (both spoken and written)
? Ability to work under pressure and to take the initiative to resolve problems
? Personality to work harmoniously and cheerfully within a team and to engage positively with suppliers
? An attitude of perfection in tidiness, neatness and attention to detail
? Must reside in the area
DUTIES
Credit Controller full recons of:
? Reconcile creditors monthly statements
? Match delivery notes to orders numbers
? Match order numbers to supplier numbers
? Ensure invoice pricing matches the order number pricing
? Assist in the management of Debtors Book
? Other bookkeeping functions
