Assistant Bookkeeper

Salary: R12 500 pm neg

Duties:

Reconciliation of supplier accounts and payments and cashbooks
Managing the petty cash and processing petty cash journals
Allocations and receipting of bank statements daily
Balance counter sales invoices and payments daily
Corresponding with bank, including the ordering of deposit books, cheque books etc.

Good interpersonal communication skills
Teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated and hard working
