Assistant Brand Manager

McNab’s is based in Parkwood in Johannesburg and is home to South Africa’s best loved Natural Energy Brand . Brand management is one of McNab’s core functions and is behind the success of our business.

Core Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the brand plan.
Recommend investment and budget choices and manage the brand budget.
Understand consumer trends and behaviors in the impulse and energy category.
Detailed tracking and reporting on the performance of the brands in retail , plus corrective action.
Lead consistency of all trade market execution across all touch points in store.
Manage product activations to achieve maximum brand awareness.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree with good academic results
Strong leadership skills and have a passion for winning.
Good command of the English language
1 - 3 years works experience in FMCG.
