Well established company is looking for an Assistant Butchery Retail Store Manager with Meat / Retail / FMCG experience.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Experience in FMCG
• Experience in RETAIL
• Knowledge of meat products and production
• 2years Management experience
• Computer literate
•
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee production process to complete products.
• Assist manager in operations of store
• Managing product sales
• Customer service and merchandising
• Using initiative to lead and motivate staff
• Conduct stock take in the store
• Understanding costing and production yields
• Administration duties and problem solving
• Managing Staff To do GRV’s and purchase orders
