One of our client in the Catering industry is in need of an Assistant Catering Manager based in Johannesburg
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administration responsibilities- handling calls and taking orders
• Stock Control
• Supervision of day to day operations
• Three or four current staff members-cook and do deliveries
• No actual cooking will be required
• Recipes and menu’s established
• Operate the till
• On-site canteen and catering services to approximately 100 employees, as well as catering services to approximately 250 local businesses.

Skills and qualifications:
• Matric required
• Diploma in hospitality preferred
• 3 to 5 years working in food establishments
• Management experience preferable

Salary:
• R 8 000.00 – R 10 000.00 per month
