Must have excellent communication and people skills & fluency in English
Formal qualification in Hospitality Management (F&B) would be an advantage
Floor Management – managing staff and interacting with guests
Knowledge of OE counting and control
Own transport preferable
Able to work day or night including split shifts if needed
Experience with POS systems
