 Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager –

The applicant should have knowledge and proven management

experience in the following:

a) Working knowledge of Kitchen Operations

b) Working knowledge of menus and costing
c) Stock Control (Food and Beverage)
d) Management and Control of OE
e) Supplier Relations
f) Cost of Sales Food and Beverage
g) Restaurant and Bar Management
h) Banqueting and Functions
i) Guest Relations
j) Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA
k) Labour Relations and HR
l) Computer literate (Opera/Micros/AccPac Stock Control) and competent administration skills
m) Food and Beverage Management Certificate/Diploma an added advantage
n) 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position

Salary R 15 000 - R 17 000 including accommodation.
