Mpumalanga - Luxury 3* Resort seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Assistant F&B Manager. Duties include:-Assisting with the running of the entire F&B departmentCompilation of staff rosters and staff leave cyclesWorking with HR in regards to staff uniforms and staff trainingIR & HR related issues (staff disciplinary hearings)Assisting with the menu planning and special dietary requirements for guestsImplementing and maintaining operating standards and proceduresMonthly and weekly stock takesKeeping in line with budgets set and the administering thereofSetting the budgets for the F&B departmentPlacing all F&B & Kitchen orders for the resortDealing with all suppliers (current and new) Requirements include:-Minimum of 3 - 5 years previous working experience within a 3-5* environment offering A la Carte and Buffet diningFormal qualification in Hospitality or F&B Management or similarMust be computer literate on the MS Office suiteMust have experience working on Micros (Opera would be an advantage)Must have an unendorsed valid drivers licenceMust be a South African citizenPlease send through copies of your qualifications and letters of reference with a photograph of yourself with your application.Single accommodation only.
