Hotel Group with hotel situated north east of Pretoria seeks an energetic person with food and beverage and hotel Management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high volume conferencing environment. Please note that this post is for an assistant Food and Beverage Manager, doubling as a Manager on duty and the successful candidate will be required to work only night shifts from 14:00 – 23:00.

Minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage Management experience, preferably in a high volume conferencing environment

Sound knowledge of banqueting setups and banqueting service requirements.

Previous hotel and restaurant experience essential.
