Top Hotel property is looking for a dynamic “out of the box thinking” Assistant F&B Manager.

• Must have formal F&B/Hospitality Management qualification and at least 4 years in F&B management. You will report to the F&B Manager.
• Must have working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft as well as F&B software.
• Able manage the F&B department in the absence of the F&B manager
• Have proven experience in menu design, promotions for increasing F&B profitability, implemented the principles of marketing F&B outlets.
• Have worked successfully with the Kitchen and Banqueting with new menus and marketing concepts.
• A good working knowledge of F&B costings, analysis and reporting.
