Assistant Financial Manager - Fourways
Our successful Assistant Financial Managers is a pro-active, experienced, hard working individual with the following attributes:
« Passionate about financial management and analytical, with an eye for detail
« Technically up to date with IFRS and sound knowledge of treasury cash management, taxation and the Companies Act; expert on consolidations
« Skilled communicator – both oral and written at all levels
« Have entrepreneurial and sound business skills
« Experienced in building a competent and motivated team of finance staff through confident and caring leadership, counselling and delegation
« Ability to carry out various ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
« Will entail looking after properties including consolidation and financial reporting and commentary, finance systems management, maintenance and upgrade
« Standardisation of procedures
« Benchmarking, accounting policies, technical input and assistance (emerging issues re: IFRS, Tax, and Companies Act etc)
« Balance sheet reviews
« Input on Strategy on attendance at OPCO
